Group Updates During Covid-19

To our wonderful support group members:

We hope you are keeping well. As the province begins reopening over the next few months, our facilitators are considering the conditions of our meetings should case numbers continue to plateau/drop.

Currently the province of B.C. is recommending meetings of no more than 6 people. We are going to wait until it is safe for 10 people to meet, at which time we will resume group with limited numbers. This will require some degree of pre-registration, with some spots left open for drop-ins. These meetings will look different as we maintain 6 feet between participants, ask that members don't attend group if they or someone in their home is sick, and cease sharing snacks and colouring supplies.

The facilitators will be working on our re-opening plan and will update the website and send a newsletter when we have a more concrete plan. You can sign up for our newsletter here (scroll down to fill in the form).

With love,

Coral
